You were only waiting for this moment to arise
In the space of a few weeks, a lot has happened.
I am entering my new era (I recently accepted a job and turned 35) and a lot is about to change. For the past year I have been on a career break, where I have healed, experienced magical things and brought myself back to life. I’ve rediscovered my passion for reading and writing, reignited my love for travel and creative things, and grown as a person. It has been a year of reflection, rebuilding and gaining strength both physically and mentally. I feel whole again, and the universe has decided that I’m ready to move on. A new version of me is about to bloom and grow and the wheels of my life have sprung into action, picking up speed creating a forward momentum.
A month ago it felt like I had hit a brick wall with my job search, as much as I was determined to follow one path I realised that it just wasn’t working. So I regrouped and tried to figure out what I wanted. I did a lot of yoga, meditation and journaling and concluded that my approach needed to change, I realised that I needed to play to my strengths. Once I adopted this change the job that I’ve just accepted came into play. It seemed to happen so quickly, but equally it arrived at exactly the right time, as I feel ready to spread my wings and fly.
A big shift in my life is about to happen and there have been a lot of emotions swirling around. I read something the other day that encapsulated it rather well; it said that you are allowed to feel both brave and terrified in the midst of change. It struck a chord with me as I feel like I am oscillating between excitement and the fear of the unknown.
The flow of my life is changing direction and I have no idea where the river will take me. It’s exhilarating, scary, exciting, nerve wracking and everything in-between.
A new chapter of my life story is about to unfold, the pen is poised, and the words are waiting to be written onto the blank page.
Have you experienced a life change recently? Is something new on the horizon?
Congratulations :) look forward to reading more of the next chapter!
